Lot 10 - 1850-51 Sydney Views 1d dull carmine Plate II (Clouds) on Hard Greyish Paper SG 11, good even margins, exceptional early impression and strong colour, unused, Cat £17,000. Ceremuga Certificate (2022) states "Very rare ... superb & fresh". One of the finest unused Penny Sydney Views in private hands. A similar example sold at our auction of 5.8.2021 for $26,250 (Sale 245 Lot 434).
