AEROGRAMMES: 1981 social usage of Sultan Qaboos in Uniform 75b Jones OAL12 with return address in "Mina Al Fahal/Muscat", to New
Jersey USA with Harbour 5b & 20b tied by bi-lingual '.../25NOV/81/MINA AL FAHAL' cds. The letter states "... we have found a few of the lovely Acteon eloiseae, which we sell at $25 ...". The find is of a particularly decorative seashell found only on
Oman's Al Masirah Island. The genus was discovered in 1973 by the letter-writer, Donald Bosch, and named after his wife Hannah Eloise Bosch.
