1898 Camel Postman Rosette Watermark 1m imperforate colour trial singles for the 1m in all-different colour combinations on gummed
unwatermarked paper, large even margins, mostly with large-part original gum. Most are superb. Ex De La Rue Archives - not illustrated by Frank Walton - and three are ex Colonel Danson, Colin Boston and Sir Gawaine Baillie. The twelve similar

1902-21 Camel Postman Star & Crescent Watermark 1m imperforate colour trial in ultramarine & violet on gummed unwatermarked paper,
lower-left corner block of 4 with Plate Number '3' in ultramarine, margins large to enormous, large-part original gum. Ex De La Rue Archives - not illustrated by Frank Walton. Although unwatermarked, this must have been prepared for the second issue
because Plate 3 was not used for the first issue. The 'Besancon' 2pi Plate '2' corner block of 4 - wrinkles & one unit defective - sold for SFr300.
