Lot 834 - 1915 (Oct 13) Stampless cover to London endorsed "On Active Service, No Stamps Available" and signed "H.M Hanschell, Surgeon (T) R.N" with violet boxed "PASSED BY CENSOR / NO. 25" initialled "HMH" by Hanschell and circular "PASSED BY CENSOR / NO 26" containing an anchor, reverse with "KASAMA / N. RHODESIA" c.d.s. The circular censor mark very rare, and the only recorded cover with both censor cachets, sent by the expedition medical officer and censor. An exceptional cover. Photo included on B.... Currently GBP 1,800
