Postage Due Mail - "T" Handstamps. 1875-1898 "T" Handstamps used on unpaid or underpaid mail, entire letters, covers, cards and a front mainly from the 1875-79 G.P.U period (28), also seven later items, five 1875 items including a remarkable front
posted in Cuba with a bisected stamp on June 26th (prior to G.P.U) and a "T" handstamp applied in New York on July 3rd (3rd day of G.P.U and "T" handstamp use), 1876 items (13), 1877 (6), etc., these early G.P.U items including "T" handstamps of
