Aden - First Flight. 1943 (Feb 18) Cover from A.R Binns in Calcutta to the Postmaster, Aden, inscribed "India - Aden Air Mail", partial Base Air Post Office (Feb 21) backstamp, franked 14a, boxed censor cachet, carried on the
first official air mail from India to Aden, no official notification given of this first monthly service flight and therefore no philatelic mail sent with the exception of three covers by A.R Binns (who clearly had sources of information within the
Post Office). These three Binns covers are apparently the only items recorded from this first flight. Minor toning but very rare, and not recorded by Brown. Photo on Page 180. (Image1)
