TAUROGGEN (Lithuania): 10 kopeck brown & blue, horizontal pair with good to large margins, tied by merchants handstamp (to protect from theft) and boxed postmark "TAUROGEN 28 MARCH 1858" to blue letter sheet to St. Petersburg. Very fine and most attractive; undoubtedly the finest of only 11 recorded No.1- pairs on entire, as also stated in the accompaigning Certificate Mikulski (1997)
