The envelope somewhat toned at lower right and reverse, otherwise very fine. The only recorded entire with this cancellation and one of only 2 from Nezhin. NOVOALEKSANDROVSK (now Zarasai, Lithuania): 10 kopeck brown & blue, ample to wide margins, tied by clear dotted rectangular "180" to small lettersheet to St. Petersburg with dispatch c.d.s. of January 30, 1859  and arrival marks on reverse. This stamp has been re-used on this entire in postal fraud (evidence of cleaning and traces of red postmark). An interesting and rare cover with late usage of the No.1 and one of just 2 No.1-entires recorded from this small village. Certificate Buchsbayew (2014)
