Postal Stamp Auction - February 3, 2025

Welcome to our Monthly Stamp Auction #579, closing on Monday 3rd February 2025.

This month we again have a solid range of NZ FFQ Chalons (lots 597-806). Some other lots of note are: a New Zealand 1902 2/- Milford block of 4, p11, laid paper, mint & MUH, CP E20 cat $6000 (lot 970). NZ1904 1d Universal deep carmine, "DOT" plate 3, mixed perfs horiz block of 8 with part sheet divider arrow at extreme right in selvedge & "//" to the left of arrow (Lot 984). Great Britain 1854 6d dull lilac, embossed cut square 1 margin but very close other 3, with RPSL cert (2023), SG Spec H3(2) (SG 59). SG cat £19,500 (Lot 2539). 1862 9d bistre, small uncoloured letters, plate 2, centred left. SG 86, cat £5800. Regummed mint (lot 2545). As aways there is a wide range of New Zealand and Worldwide items on offer.
