JAN 1946; GVI ½d canc "Kingstown/St. Vincent B.W.I." cds 19 JA 46. Also oval h/s (violet) "Colonial Postmaster/St. Vincent" (initialled). No sender's address. Presumably reached the ISA eventually. Enigmatic item. Fine.
