VERY FINE. A RARE AND UNIQUE SHEET FROM THE MADAGASCAR ARCHIVES. THIS ISSUE IS SCARCER THAN THE EARLIER ISSUES AS ONLY THREE SETS WERE PROVIDED.

During this time period, only strips of three were sent by the Universal Postal Union (U.P.U.) to member nations. The Madagascar Archives would separate these strips and affix them to ledger pages.
