Ellsworth collection, the martyr poster boy of the Union, consisting of six different and attractive used patriotic covers, a carte de visite of the period just after his death, a handsome 7"x10½" engraving, a scarce and attractive 1867 Monody (funeral March) on the Death of Col. Ellsworth, sheet music in three leaves with beautiful early lithographed full standing illustration (10'"x13") of Col. Ellsworth in colors, and an original ink and watercolor illustration of "Ellsworth Zouaves U.S.A. (1861-1864)" (7"x9" by Francisco Ferrer Lull of Montevideo; also includes a carte de visits of General George B. McClellan plus a modern enlargement photograph of Gen.
