Thin laid batonne paper, 4 r. on blue, tied by oval "FRANQUEADO GUADALAJARA” to entire letter from Hamburg, 13.8.1868, to Tepic, transported by forwarding agent, with his cachet "THEODOR KUNHARDT/GUADALAJARA” inside one flap, with adjacent manuscript notation in spanish, reading "1 1/2 shilling payable to Mr. Nicolas Perez Gonzalez (12 reales)” and entered into the post at Guadalajara. Arrival notation of 25..9.1868. A very rare and interesting maritim usage. Certificate MEPSI (2003)

Dünnes gestreiftes Papier, 4 R. auf blau, gebunden mit ovalem "FRANQUEADO GUADALAJARA" an Ganzstück von Hamburg, 13.8.1868, nach Tepic, befördert durch Spediteur, mit dessen Cachet "THEODOR KUNHARDT/GUADALAJARA" innerhalb einer Klappe, mit nebenstehendem handschriftlichem Vermerk in spanischer Sprache, "1 1/2 Schilling zahlbar an Herrn Nicolas Perez Gonzalez (12 Reales)" und in Guadalajara nachgesandt. Ankunftsvermerk vom 25..9.1868. Ein sehr seltener und interessanter maritimer Gebrauch. Befund MEPSI (2003)

4 r. on white, nice margins and very fresh, tied by infinity cancel to over to Vera Cruz. Very fine. A great rarity; this is the only recorded used example of this stamp. Certificate MEPSI (2006)

1868, laid paper, un r. on green, serrated, two copies in different shades, one with "1863” variety, tied by "FRANQUEADO GUADALAJARA” to entire letter to Mexico City. One of the rarest entires of the provisional issue. Just one further entire with this stamp  has been recorded, this is the only recorded entire with the "1863” variety on a serrate adhesive and this is also the only recorded covering two serrated stamps of the 1868 issue. Es gibt nur ein weiteres Ganzstück mit dieser Marke, es ist das einzige Ganzstück mit der Abart "1863" auf einem gezähnten Kleber und es ist auch das einzige auf zwei gezähnten Marken der Ausgabe von 1868. MAZAGAN - MAROC: 1891, 25 C. red, with small purple DKr. "MAZAGAN..." on small domestic envelope. Somewhat stained and sealing cap mostly missing, folded twice outside the postage paid. Scarce. (Maury A1)

MAZAGAN - MARRAKESH: 1897, 5 C. (3), 10 C. and 25 C. (2), with purple DKr. "MARRAKESH.." and handwritten registered postmark "N 316 Marakah", on registered covers via Mazagan, with arrival postmark of private post dated 24.1.99, with mixed franking with Deutsche Post 1899, 5 C. (2), 10 C. (4) and 25 C. (4), with cancellation "MAZAGAN 30/1 99", to Hanover. Slightly traces of transport, some values slightly defective due to edge gluing, 2 values glued on reverse, one German value subsequently cancelled by arrival datestamp of Hanover and blue strokes. An attractive and extremely scarce registered covers the German postoffice in Marrakech opened only in July 1900. (Maury N1-3)

"MARRAKESH.." und handschriftlichem Einschreibe-Vermerk "N 316 Marakah", auf R-Brief über Mazagan, mit Ankunftsstempel der Privatpost vom 24.1.99, mit Mischfrankatur mit Deutsche Post 1899, 5 C. (2), 10 C. (4) und 25 C. (4), mit Stempel "MAZAGAN 30/1 99", nach Hannover. Leicht Beförderungsspuren, einige Werte durch Randklebung etwas fehlerhaft, 2 Werte rückseitig geklebt, davon ein deutscher Wert nachträglich entwertet durch Ankunftsstempel von Hannover und Blaustriche. Ein attraktiver und äußerst seltener R-Brief das deutsche Postamt in Marrakesch eröffnete erst im Juli 1900.. (Maury N1-3)
