1949, Red Cross souvenir sheet in type II with first day cancellation "FREIBURG 25.2.49" on overfranked registered covers to Saarbrücken with arrival postmark. On the reverse the backflap is incomplete (sender cut out) and in the margin with traces of transport as well as a production-related paper inclusion at bottom margin, otherwise in good condition. A scarce FDC, certificate Schlegel BPP (1983) and certificate D. Schlegel BPP (2006)

1949, Rotes Kreuz-Block in Type II mit Ersttag-Stempel "FREIBURG 25.2.49" auf überfrankiertem R-Brief nach Saarbrücken mit Ankunftsstempel. Rückseitig ist die Verschlussklappe unvollständig (Absender ausgeschnitten) und im Rand mit Beförderungsspuren sowie ein herstellungsbedingtem Papiereinschluß unten im Rand, ansonsten in guter Erhaltung. Ein seltener FDC, Fotobefund Schlegel BPP (1983) und Fotoattest D. Schlegel BPP (2006)

The envelope with traces of transport, otherwise in good condition. Postage paid covers with this block issue are not common, certificate Schlegel BPP (1990)

Der Umschlag mit Beförderungsspuren, sonst in guter Erhaltung. Portogerecht frankierte Briefe mit dieser Blockausgabe sind nicht häufig, Fotoattest Schlegel BPP (1990)
