1861/64, unused and used collection with round 80 pieces, including new printing and proof, the scarce U4B used (somewhat defective), U6-8A, U5B (2), U8B and 2 envelopes with blind embossing, plus some postal cancellations, etc.

1862/63, postal stationery cut-out 1 gr. dark rose, imperforated round, with crystal clear Ra2 "APEN 13 7" on envelope to Friesoythe, with transit cancellations of Cloppenburg and Oldenburg and arrival postmark. Very attractive and perfect condition. Postage paid with postal stationery cuttings was not officially permitted in Oldenburg, but was usually tolerated. 1862/63, Ganzsachenausschnitt 1 Gr. dunkelrosa, rund geschnitten, mit glasklar aufgesetztem Ra2 "APEN 13 7" auf Briefhülle nach Friesoythe, mit Durchgangsstempeln von Cloppenburg und Oldenburg sowie Ankunftsstempel. Sehr schöne und einwandfreie Erhaltung. Die Frankatur mit Ganzsachenausschnitten war in Oldenburg nicht offiziell erlaubt, wurde aber meist geduldet. 1861, issue on white paper 1/3 Groschen moss green in vertical strip of 3 in typical, nice fresh colour, the upper stamp (postage stamp) above slightly touched, otherwise full to large margins with blue DKr. "OLDENBURG 23 11" on envelope to Delmenhorst with reverse arrival datestamp of the next day. An attractive and extremely scarce letter. Even single frankings of the moss green shade are hard to find, only one other letter with a 3-stripe is known (this one with a horizontal stripe); we have not registered any loose 3-stripe covers of this stamp (postage stamp). 1861, Ausgabe auf weißem Papier 1/3 Groschen moosgrün im senkrechten 3er-Streifen in typischer, schöner frischer Farbe, die obere Marke oben leicht angeschnitten, sonst voll- bis breitrandig mit blauem DKr. "OLDENBURG 23 11" auf Briefhülle nach Delmenhorst mit rückseitigem Ankunftsstempel vom nächsten Tag. Ein attraktiver und äußerst seltener Brief. Schon Einzelfrankaturen der moosgrünen Nuance sind kaum zu finden, mit 3er-Streifen ist nur ein weiterer Brief bekannt (dieser mit waagerechtem Streifen); lose 3er-Streifen dieser Marke haben wir nicht registriert.
