EXTREMELY FINE MINT NEVER-HINGED EXAMPLE OF THE 1942 55-CENTIMES BLUE GREEN WITH F.N.F.L. OVERPRINT. ONLY 45 STAMPS WERE PRINTED OF WHICH SOME WERE USED.

A truly superb example of this highly sought after rarity of St. Pierre & Miquelon. The 55c has the second lowest print run behind the 3fr Gray Brown of the regular issued overprint.
