EXTREMELY FINE GEM. A HIGHLY SELECT EXAMPLE OF THE 1942 3-FRANC SEPIA WITH F.N.F.L. OVERPRINT. ONLY 27 EXAMPLES WERE PRINTED AND THE KEY STAMP OF THE SERIES.

Not including the errors, this is the rarest stamp of the F.N.F.L. overprints. Of the 27 printed, 18 examples have been recorded and, of those, only eight examples are never hinged. This quite possibly one of the finest of the small population of recorded examples.
