While 1,000 were issued, the vast majority of those were used, and what few have remained unused, nearly all have faults or are terribly off center. This is one of the small handful of sound, original gum, examples still existing.

Although 800 were printed, the overwhelming majority were used, leaving only a handful of unused examples available. The Markowitz example is among the finest original gum copies known.
