2973   Great Britain 1864 1p Red Specialized Collection. The collector first picked cancels by city (incl. Manchester, Liverpool, Dublin, Edinburgh and Glasgow) or cancel type, then tried to get every plate number with that cancellation, in many cases the plate numbers are nearly complete for that cancel, there are over 1,500 stamps total, typical mixed quality, it would take a lot of time and effort to try to replicate this collection
