1894 /o   Finland, Powerful, High Quality Collection, going to about 1960, scattered thereafter, neatly assembled on Scott pages into parallel mint and used sections, with some additional pages added for varieties, etc. Begins with a very select showing of premium, mostly "full tooth" classics, with better mint like Scott 6(2), 9 and 12, plus exceptional used like 4, 5(30, 5a(2), 9(3), 9a(2), 10(5), 10a(2), 10b(2) and 10d, plus excellent mint from there, with specialized Arms issues like 78b and 94a (each Rare), 83-110, plus varieties and plate flaws etc. From there, the collection has good runs of mint sets, with semi-postals, C1 etc. plus a separate used collection. 1899 /o   France, Excellent Clean and Valuable 3 Volume Collection, going to the early 1980's, housed in 3 pristine Davo Hingeless albums complete with slipcases. The collection is mostly used to the Sower issue, including better like (used) Scott 2-3, 6-7, 9, 10-11, good perforated napoleons, 38-48, excellent Sage Types and Merson issues, plus mint like 185-96, 198-201, 291-93, 294, 296-97, 299, 300-300a, 301, 302, 304, 315-20, great semi-postals like B1-2, B11, B12-19 (B19 used), B20-23, B28-30, B35-37, B39-41, B42-43, B48-53, C16-17 and apparently/nearly complete from there on for regular issues and semi-postals, plus good other BOB issues.
