The lot begins with a selection of Jubilee issues with Scott #s: 50-60 (c.v. $1,460), along a set of Québecs (c.v. $978), Admirals ($1,180), Medallion (c.v. $140), 1935 Pictorial (x2, c.v. $238 total), 1937 Pictorial (x2 c.v. $280 total), War (x2, c.v. $230 total), Peace (x6, $438 total). The lot continues with a selection of back of the book material with E1-11 (missing E7, c.v. $467 total), along with Postage Dues sets J1-J5 (x2, c.v. $480 total), J6-J10 (x2, c.v. $338 total), J11-J14 (x3, c.v. $213 total). Collection / Accumulation of Used Singles from Small Queens to War Issue, with hundreds of stamps on roughly 30 album pages (many of which are hingeless), and Vario-style black stock pages. We counted 232 Small Queens including Scott #s: 42 (x66, c.v. $330 total), 43 (x22, c.v. $275 total), 45 (x8, c.v. $520), 46 (x3, c.v. $375 total), 47 (x3, c.v. $255). The lot continues with a few Jubilees up the 5c, full sets of Leafs and Numerals (duplication up to three in some cases), Edward VII (including two 50c), Québecs, and continues with singles up to 1940. The lot concludes with a few pages of back of the book material including: Special Delivery, Postage Dues and 4-hole O.H.M.S. Dealer Stock of Used Canada in 5 Red Boxes, consisting of thousands of 102 cards, organized and priced by Scott. The stock begins with a small representation of Victorian issues (a couple of Small Queens and some Leafs and Numerals), through the 1940s then with better representation from the 1950s onward to about 2015 with strength in definitives and Christmas issues, with a few commemoratives and many varieties identified by the owner. We note mostly single stamps with prices ranging between 20c-$2 (Scott 2017 pricing), but also duplication of many and some priced higher, including 1990s and 2000s higher-value definitives. The 102 cards and red boxes are brand new as the dealer did not get the chance to put them to use. We noted about 200 new, unused 102 cards in the fifth box. Treasure Trove of Vintage Used Stamps, 1880s to 1920s, from a Northern Ontario attic find, consisting of thousands of stamps in two small boxes of mostly Canada on paper, primarily Leafs, Numerals and Edwards, all neatly and artistically cut close to the stamps and postal markings (we also saw some cut squares and USA from the same period). Many more stamps are off paper in envelopes sorted and identified by issue and denomination, from Small Queens to Québecs. We noted squared circles, c.d.s. and RPOs, fancies and various machine cancels. There is a high likelihood of finds here, given where it was found, not having been touched for decades. Extensive Collection of Mint and Used Canada, 1859-1957 consisting of two springback albums with quadrille pages, three stockbooks and three binders. The first springback album consists of mint and used, ranging from Scott #14/310, beginning with a selection of early used including #s 14, 15, 18, 21/29 (missing #23). The collection continues with a mint hinged short set of Jubilees (50-60, Scott c.v. $1,712), along with a selection of used including $1 Jubilee (c.v. $650). The Victorian issues also include used sets of Leaf and Numeral issues, as well as a used set of Edward VII. The collection progresses to mint and used complete sets of Québecs (c.v. $1,672 total), Admirals (c.v. $1,235 total), Scrolls (c.v. $939), and continues with mint and used definitive sets and commemoratives up to 1951 (includes a selection of plate blocks and coils). Consignment Remainders of Mint and Used Canada, consisting of three red boxes and a mint sheet file. The first red box contains 116x dealer 102 cards including 81 cards of mint and used primarily ranging from the Small Queens up to the 1930s (includes some BNA and Revenues) with a Unitrade value catalogued by owner at $9,861 (all of these have faults to a certain degree, ranging from thins, pulled perf, tears, creases, etc).The remaining 102 cards consist of mint and used material including a small group of Edward VII fancy cancels and a small group of Elizabethan varieties. The second red box consists of roughly 150 Admiral era covers (mostly 3c rate, and includes a few small towns), and unsorted 1c to $1 Admirals in envelopes and glassines. The lot continues with a mint sheet file containing blocks and sheets of low value material with a face value at $88 (6c to 15c range), along with Unitrade #1155a block of 50, perforated 13.1 x 12.8 (c.v. $310 total). Neatly Organized Mint and Used Duplicates, 1859-1951, comprising of two half sized red boxes with roughly 500 dealer 102 cards, with the first red box ranging from Unitrade #14iii/302, with the second red box containing back of the book, precancels, and BNA issues. We note the first red box contains $14,833 of catalogue value with many stamps valued at $30 and up. We note just a few a better items: #15iv thin paper (used, c.v. $150), 35d perf 11½ x 12 (mint hinged, c.v. $400), 68 (never hinged, c.v. $240), 116i retouched frameline (mint hinged, c.v. $300), 120 (never hinged, c.v. $245). Advanced Collection of Mint King George VI to QEII Issues, 1937 to Centennials, all neatly displayed on album pages with each stamp having a Unitrade number and description. A complete collection in period for regular issues, but also includes most booklet panes (usually accompanied by a booklet single), and the coils are present in pairs. The collection also includes many varieties, such as "crease on collar" ($150), "aniline ink" ($225), "hairlines" ($60), "plate crack", "dot on water", "engraver's slip" ($175), a great selection on phosphor issues with many phosphor band varieties, some expensive and rare, gum types, perforation varieties, a page with 6 different 1951 CAPEX labels, and more. A quick spot check revealed only a few lightly hinged issues near the beginning, and becoming all never hinged soon after to the end. Dealer Remainder Lot, 1897 to 2017, with thousands of mint and used stamps in a Parliament album (1952-1976, largely complete for the period), on loose album pages from several brands, home-made pages and in 102 cards and glassines, with face value of over $210 (counting only denominations of 15c and over, with strength in 32c to 48c values and a large quantity of Arch issues sorted by denomination into glassines). Back of the book is present with Postage Dues, War Tax, Air Mail and Air Mail Express in singles and some blocks of four. We note more than a dozen Canada Post Thematic packs (e.g. all six Queen Elizabeth Golden Jubilee packs, still in the original packaging and several Petro-Canada booklets), an interesting perforation shift into the design on the right of the 7c 1971 Christmas issue (block of 15, with one damaged stamp) and two field stock sheets of the 1972 international Geological Congress. BNA is represented by New Brunswick (x2), Nova Scotia (x1) and Newfoundland (x125) and an Air Mail post card sent from Gander in 1950). Also includes a very clean Lighthouse album with no pages), ready to be customized to the buyer's needs, along with a clean Olympic stamp box.
