3604 OGO   imageSCANDINAVIA ASSORTMENT. Specialist's collection/accumulation, using a Facit catalog, over many years with a focus on printings/shades, flaws and significant better cancels on mainly the early issues for most countries.  There are homemade albums for Sweden and Iceland.  Each has mint and used, starting from the earliest issues to about the 1970’s with a lot of the better sets and values you would expect and with flaws noted.  The Denmark is in a counter book and on stock pages, and the Finland is stuffed onto two stock sheets that really need to be looked over, as many better values and sets are present.  There are also several unexploded booklets and S/S of the more modern era.  The collector was very keen on cancels and so a lot of SON are present and from better towns.  There are also a few sheets from an ancient album that also holds many better values from the earliest periods.  This is a true specialist lot for the collector or dealer worth careful inspection to find the true value of this great lot.
