Nov 2 1903 well struck Street Car RPO ties #300 to ppc, some staining, addressed Washington DC, Very Fine; only recorded used between Oct 29-Nov 3 this being new latest recorded date; this is the rarest of all street car postmarks with less than 5 recorded, last reported auction sale in 1990s for $1,525 when only 3 were recorded, article from “Transit Postmark Collector” included.
