F.-V.F. The 1¢ value is unlisted by Scott—the 5¢ is unpriced; each is believed unique outside of BEP archives.

156 E   image1958 Handpainted Essay for a proposed FDR stamp in the American Credo series, stamp size drawing in red & blue on parchment paper featuring the quote "We have nothing to fear but fear itself", signed and dated 1958 below the design by Frank P. Postmaster, asking him to make up a letter with two $5 gold pieces and two $5 bills for use as a decoy to trap a suspected thief in the New Have Post Office. Very Fine.
