 1911 Weapons & Idols ½d (5c) to 5/- (6fr25c) complete set of imperforate plate proof singles in shades of dull blue to ultramarine
on unwatermarked ungummed paper, mostly marginal examples the 6d & 10d with part of the De La Rue Imprint & the 10d with a printer's correction mark in rosine, a few very minor blemishes. Ex De Le Rue Archives but not illustrated by Frank Walton.

date '7/JANV/03') & 1fr (indistinct date) both with 'PORT-VILA/NLLES HEBRIDES' cds, the 5c (a few short perfs) & 15c with Noumea cds; also Bonnet Imitation 15c in brown marginal single with large-part gum; unusually fine for these 'Cinderellas' that
had no postal validity.
