224 cover image1902 Potao (27 Nov) to France. Registered picture postcard, f.w. Navigation and Commerce issue 40c, tied by extremely scarce Paotao type 1 cds, alongside with R mark. Transit Paris (Jan). Arrived Pontoise (3 Jan). Desrousseaux only recorded type 2 cds of Potao (spelling Poteou) in his illustration. Examples of Potao are extremely rare as this small post office was operated by only one soldier.

1902.11.27 坡頭寄法國。掛號圖片明信片，貼航海及商貿神像40生丁，銷極罕見之坡頭1型日戳，旁鈐R章。1月經巴黎。1.3抵Pontoise。Desrousseaux之圖例中僅見坡頭（拼法為Poteou）之2型日戳。出自坡頭的郵例極為珍罕，該小郵局僅由一名士兵營業。(Image 1) (Image 2)

France surch Kouang Tcheou Wan with Chinese value x9, in total of 28c, tied by Fort Bayard type 2 cds., alongside with "CHARGE" cachet. On reverse with weight cachet. Arrived Haiphong (12 Nov). It is only known insured cover from Kouang Tchoeu Wan.

1906.11.9 西營寄海防。保險封價值870 Franc，貼法蘭西像加蓋Kouang Tcheou Wan連中文面值9枚，合2角8分，銷西營2型日戳，旁鈐“CHARGE”橫戳。背面鈐計重戳記。11.12抵海防。此為已知廣州灣之唯一保險封例子。(Image 1) (Image 2)

230 cover image1908 Peking (17 Dec) to Kouang Tcheou Wan, mistaken as Kiaochow and corrected. Picture postcard, f.w. Coat of Arms ovpt. KITAI 1k x4, tied by Peking Russian PO cds. Address "Kan Tcheou Wan" was mistaken as Kiaochow. Transit IJPO Changchun (5 Jan), Moukden (6 Jan). The mistake was spotted and redirected via Shanghai Chinese PO (11 Jan), Hong Kong (15 Jan), Kouang Tcheou Wan (29 Jan). Arrived Fort Bayard (30 Jan). Very interesting missent example.

1908.12.17 北京寄廣州灣，誤認為膠州，後被更正。圖片明信片，貼軍徽圖加蓋KITAI 1戈比x4，銷北京俄局日戳。地址“Kan Tcheou Wan”被誤認為膠州。1.5經長春日局，1.6經奉天日局。錯誤隨即被發現並改寄。1.11經上海清郵，1.15經香港，1.19經廣州灣法局。1.30抵西營。極為有趣之誤寄例子。(Image 1) (Image 2)

Transit Potsi (4 Oct) with also rare type 2 cds, Kouang Tcheou Wan (4 Oct) with type 2 cds, Haiphong. Arrived Hanoi (16 Oct). Gathering multiple scarce postmarks on one cover. Desrousseaux's illustration did not include type 2 cds for Taiping and Potsi. Ex- Jimenez. An absolute rarity.

1906.10.3 太平寄東京，貼法蘭西像5生丁雙連，銷極罕見之太平2型日戳。10.4經鋪仔，同樣鈐極罕之2型日戳。10.4經廣州灣，蓋2型日戳。隨後經海防。10.16抵河內。集多款難得郵戳於一身。Desrousseaux之2型日戳圖例不含太平及鋪仔。Jimenez舊藏。堪稱一大珍品。(Image 1) (Image 2)

Nice franking of $2/5f stamp which is one of the keu denominations of the issue.

1909.9.30 廣州灣經香港及上海寄德國。掛號封，貼法蘭西像、航海及商貿神像加蓋Kouang Tcheou Wan連中文面值1角6分 + 2角 + 2元，銷廣州灣2型法文漢文日戳，旁鈐R章。6.8經香港。2元為該套票之關鍵面額之一，貼用頗為稀罕。(Image 1) (Image 2)
