Red (Third Period, 230-1864), on a spectacular registered cover front from Jalapa to Veracruz dated 1865 (March 18), with the 8r. tied by c.d.s., while the others bear untied large-number postmarks, indicating a 13r. franking. It paid 8 reales for the flat registration rate, and 5r. for 1 ounce above the ¼ ounce covered by the registration fee, beyond 16 leagues.
