"A crank letter to the President" mailed from Cincinatti on DEC 14 1921, this complete Washington Franklin set of values 1¢ to $1.00 plus C2 and C3 plus for good measure a 75¢ Parcel Post and 10¢ Special Delivery totallng almost $4.00, is signed "From God Almighty, who comes to judge the living and the dead, woe be unto him who heeds not my voice and does not as I will. My will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven." Obviously another satisfied voter. Mounted open on card. A most impressive presentation.

59 /o/ 536 image1919, 1¢ gray green Offset, perf 12½, distinctive collection of this rare and short lived issue. This small group comprises four singles, two blocks of 4, used and never hinged, nine plate blocks of 6, a corner block of 6 with "halo" arrow below corner copy, five post cards and five covers bearing two blocks of (2) pairs four, one originating in Siberia. Almost all stamps are never hinged and the covers in excellent condition catalogue $6,000.00 with no premiums (Scott 536).

#536 was issued on August 19, 1919 and withdrawn 3 months later on November 30, 1919. The remaining stock of several hundred thousand were destroyed
