1615 cover image1945 (Oct.), Shantung, Seventh Communist Party Congress, 5c green (Yang EC61), a phenomenal block of ten (2 x 5) with 1944 Shantung Wartime Post Chairman Mao first printing 50c red brown on white paper (#EC21), canceled by "Shandong/Luhsien" c.d.s. on reverse of 1946 (Apr. 3) envelope to San Ho Hsien, Hopei; in the first vertical row of the block the third stamp has surface defects and small nick in frame and the fifth stamp a corner crease at lower left ending in a small tear at foot, still Fine to Very Fine, and an absolutely incredible franking with such a large multiple.
