Grunwald" & dated "28 Nov. 1984" and pen dated at bottom left "16.11.84", the four proofs are hinged by the printer but one US 22c fell off and was reaffixed with scotch tape by an unknown idiot, listed and unpriced in Scott, Extremely Fine, a similar Helio Courvoisier presentation sheet with one of each stamp and the souvenir sheets was offered in the UN Archives sale (lot 2967) which sold for $1,600 hammer.
