Los Angeles, Bermuda to Lakehurst and Lakehurst to Puerto Rico (Sieger 20 R / 20 T combination), 3d Bermuda yacht issue (#88) tied by "Hamilton Bermuda 16 Apr. 25" machine cancel and black "BERMUDA FIRST OVERSEAS AIRMAIL" two line handstamp with second strike in violet alongside, on cover addressed to Major Joseph A. Steinmetz c/o U.S. Consul in San Juan Puerto Rico with "San Juan P.R. May 7, 1925" machine receiving backstamp indicates the cover was also flown to Puerto Rico, making it a twice Zeppelin flown cover; very slight reduction at top left, Very Fine. (Image)

Patoka Apr. 19, 1925" double circle datesetamp and large framed purple "Air Mail via USS Los Angeles" at left, addressed to "The Gang (General Delivery Section) Calvert St. Post Office Baltimore Md", with message dated "9 April 1925 Best wishes from the Patoka via the first air mail from Bermuda to the State via a derigible."; stamp with natural straight edges at left and bottom and card with corners clipped and creases, Fine to Very Fine appearance.
