Jan. 21 (two days after secession) circular datestamp to Alexander Stephens with backflap removed, Confederate State uses are Savannah Feb. 19, Mar. 26, Mar. 29 (on faulty 7-star Confederate Flag Patriotic), and May 15, West Point May 14 to Howell Cobb, and Norfolk VA May ?? to Howell Cobb in Montgomery Ala then forwarded on May 23 to Savannah then forwarded Jun. 25 (by the Confederate Postal Service which began operations on June 1) to Richmond with "FORWARDED 10" handstamp and manuscript "Ford. 3", mixed condition, most appear Fine.
