Post Office Department Form 1510 reporting the loss of "one approval book valued at $3.19", the stamp was affixed to pay the 10c return receipt for the filer to receive a copy of the form, with next day signature in green of the recipient stating that he did, in fact, receive the approval book, Very Fine, this use is unlisted and unpriced in Scott.
