Stevens in London, then forwarded with violet "Care of the/United States Consul/Funchal, Madeira" handstamp; duplex New York "T" and "Centimes/15/N.Y." handstamp for 3¢ postage due, red crayon "20" alongside, London "3d" due and additional (Portuguese?)
