Well over 250 stamps on stockpages in binder; starting with over 50 #1's with a little less than half mint including pair and several with plate positions identified, used with a nice variety of cancellations including colored, over 30 #2's with various printing and shades, 6 mint including pair, couple unused #3's (flaws), over 50 #4's with a nice balance of */o, mint including block of 4, shades and some with stone identifies, used including express cancel, fancy and various town marks, six 5's used, #6-7's with mint multiple and some useful used, eight #8's mint including pair, #9 cut-to shape and tied on piece, an array of #11-12's with useful mint including plate strip, used with some better cancellations including several railroad, field grids, strip of three from Florida, couple perf'd/roulette items needing to be checked, #13's with marginal block of 10 with part imprint, mint singles in shades and a used example with railroad cancel (creased), couple #14 and a selection of N.O. provisional issues; condition varies with many nice items throughout, inspection recommended.

Small binder with neat assemblage starting with an almost full set of stamps (but no "Frameline") on White Ace pages, including 1, 4, 5, 9 used, and 2, 3, 6-7-8, and 11-14 unused., then pages with additional stamps, including 11e used, 13 used with town cancel, another used 1, a 4a unused, and another 5 used plus a 62X2 unused, many stamps have faults and repairs and need careful inspection, total Scott catalog value of stamps is $4,400+, group of covers including 4 Union patriotics, 4 Texas CSA stampless covers, including Owensville, Tarrant, Mount Pleasant (2), 7 other CSA covers, including 2 #1's, one from Atlanta with 1863 letter, plus various 11's and 12's on cover, ends with 6 U.S. war-years covers, some from Union occupied Southern cities as Port Royal, S.C., Nashville, and Alexandria, Va; Covers are also in mixed condition with faults and repairs and should be inspected, some with interesting military addresses, still a nice old-time group put together years ago.

A two volume collection giving a wonderful overview to the CSA Postal History, virtually all covers, but a few off cover stamps are included, the Postal History includes Handstamped Paids & Dues, a few Patriotic and Adversity covers are noted, plus some multiple/mixed frankings, one of the two albums (smaller) is devoted to Independent State Usages and United States in the Confederacy, condition is mixed, but the is a fine lot worth careful inspection.
