United States Revenue Collection. Housed on Scott pages; with a nice range of 1st-3rd issues starting from #R1a pair handstamp cancel on with some good high values, documentaries with the occasional high value present and a pleasant showing of later including stock transfer, wines, narcotics with early overprint issues, also some newspaper issues worth checking; condition varies with many nice items throughout, worth a look.
