1879, proof 1 stamp with line perforation 11½, fresh colours and mostly well perforated, lightly cancelled by partial cancellation of the "HELIGOLAND " round cancel. With some limitations (small backings and a diagonal fold with a small paper break), which are basically present in all six used proofs of the same type registered by us. Only very few pieces of the already scarce widely used market values are known in used condition, one of the great Helgoland rarities, signed multiple times, o.o. Brettl as well as certificate Lemberger BPP (1987) and Heitmann BPP (2023).

1879, Probedruck 1 Mark mit Linienzähnung 11½, farbfrisch und meist gut gezähnt, leicht entwertet durch Teilabschlag des Rundstempels "HELIGOLAND ". Mit einigen Einschränkungen (kleine Hinterlegungen und einen Schrägbug mit kleinem Papierbruch), die im Grunde bei allen sechs von uns registrierten gestempelten gleichartigen Probedrucke vorhanden sind. Von den ohnehin schon seltenen weitgezähnten Marktwerten sind in gestempelter Erhaltung nur ganz wenige Stücke bekannt, eine der großen Helgoland-Raritäten, mehrfach sign., u.a. Brettl sowie Fotoattest Lemberger BPP (1987) und Heitmann BPP (2023)
