1869 combination cover to Oaxaca endorsed "via Acapulco" and large part back from San Francisco bearing 1867/68 10 c. green with grill (Scott 96) tied in black, with 12 c. pair tied in transit by small oval "FRANCO / EN / ACAPULCO" handstamp in black
(Schatzkes fig. 4). SAN FRANCISCO / CAL / PAID" cds in red at left (Jan 30). Manuscript notation of the Forwarding Agent at left "Care J.L. Sutter Esq., Acapulco". Horizontal crease at top affects the 10 c. adhesive but a remarkable (believed unique
