Four Pence, perf. 12, a used block of twenty-four (6 x 4), corner marginal from lower left of sheet and showing "VICTORIA" watermark in both margins, all cancelled by "1" in bars obliterators of Melbourne in black. Five stamps affected by diagonal crease but a remarkable and extremely rare multiple with gum. Illustrated in "The Stamps of Victoria" by Geoff Kellow RDP on page 134 where stated as a possible 'bulk postage' usage or possibly as 'Specimens'. Reverse with manuscript notation of Postmaster on flap "Keilor / 25.5.65 / Vic" alongside Melbourne datestamp (May 25) and Edinburgh arrival cds (July 23). Carried on the "Madras" to Galle and the "Mooltan" to Suez, the "Nyanza" from Alexandria arriving in Southampton on July 22.
