Bush (Confederate Philatelist, Nov.-Dec. 1991), this is the only known strike on a 10c Rose Lithograph, the "9 GEO" is believed by Mr. Bush to refer to the location of Tyner Tenn. -- nine miles from Chattanooga on the East Tennessee & Georgia Railroad line, in the direction of Georgia -- with 1962 P.F. certificate (Image) E. 1,000-1,500
