II, perf. 10 vert., an incredibly rare used strip of three of this desirable coil, possessing the finest centering and margins we have ever seen on any used single, pair or any other sized strip, with huge balanced margins on all three stamps, gorgeous bright color and a clean impression, very light and unobtrusive duplex cancels, accompanying certificate states "faint creasing in the right stamp" which, in our opinion, is nothing more than a very faint and trivial wrinkle, overall extremely fine, with the left pair being unquestionably the finest used pair of #491 in existence; 1979 PF certificate.
