FINE AND UNIQUE. THIS IS THE SOLE RECORDED EXAMPLE OF THIS DOUBLE SURCHARGE IN BOTH VIOLET AND BLACK. ONE OF THE MOST NOTICEABLE ERRORS OF THE SURCHARGE ISSUES.
