Tied by Sept. 3, 1918 Toronto duplex on front of cover to Ottawa, 2c Brown War Tax (MR4) tied by violet oval Ottawa "Dead Letter Office" and "Returned for Postage" handstamps, similar D.L.O. handstamp on reverse, along with Sept. 4 Toronto oval datestamp, stamp with pre-use crease, cover with edge faults and slightly reduced at left, Fine appearance, with 2008 P.F. certificate, a rare use of No. CLP2 on cover (Image)
