Bold strike of circular datestamp with "PAID 2" drop-rate straightline handstamp on cover with Mounted Dragoon, Sword, Verse and "Forti Et Fideli Nil Difficile" Motto Patriotic design (SM-1, Verse 21), small mend at top left with portion of sword painted in, Very Fine appearance and a very rare use of a Patriotic design on a drop-rate cover, the motto means "Nothing difficult for the faithful" (Image)

Tudor Hall Va. Feb. 27, 1862. Circular datestamp with "Due 10" handstamp on yellow cover to Haynesville Ga. with red General P. G. T. Beauregard Three-Quarter Portrait in Oval Patriotic design (MS-1), soldier's endorsement at top from 11th Regt. Ga. Volunteers, accompanied by pink lettersheet with 11-Star Confederate Flag and Verse design (F11-17, Verse 46), datelined "Camped Near Centerville Va.
