FINE. THE UNIQUE PLATE NUMBER BLOCK OF THE 1948 15-MIL RED PRINTED ON THE GUM SIDE. AN IMPORTANT DOAR IVRI ERROR RARITY.

Only one sheet was found printed on the gum side, so this has to be the sole plate number block extant. Unlisted in Bale (Image)

FINE. ONE OF ONLY TWO RECORDED EXAMPLES OF THE 250-MIL DOAR IVRI WITH DOUBLE PERFORATIONS.

Making this error even more rare is the fact that it is printed on thin yellow paper, which was intended only for the lower values.
