VERY FINE. A SPECTACULAR FOUR-COLOR 1861 ISSUE FRANKING TO NORWAY.

This unusual franking pays the 46c rate via Prussian Closed Mail. It was carried on the Cunarder Persia from New York on Nov. 20, arriving Queenstown Dec. 1.
