GERMAN EAST AFRICA, 1916, 2-1/2h-1r "Wuga" Provisionals (41 Footnote; Michel III W1, IV W2, V). Without gum as issued, horizontal pairs of 2-1/2h (Ty. I-II) and 7-1/2h (Ty.
