EXTREMELY FINE GEM. A REMARKABLE MINT NEVER-HINGED EXAMPLE OF THE 1916 15-CENT PERF 10 UNWATERMARKED ISSUE, WHICH IS GRADED SUPERB 98 BY P.S.E. -- THIS IS THE HIGHEST GRADE AWARDED.
According to Johl (p. 289), the only difference between this issue and the one before it is the absence of a watermark. It is difficult to see a watermark on the 15c stamp, so it was generally assumed that no change had taken place with this denomination, and was therefore overlooked by collectors. It was current for only six months.
With 2009 P.S.E. certificate (Superb 98; SMQ $7,000.00). This is the highest grade awarded and only five others share it. (Image)

EXTREMELY FINE GEM. AN ABSOLUTELY STUNNING MINT NEVER-HINGED EXAMPLE OF THE 1916 20-CENT PERF 10 ON UNWATERMARKED PAPER. THIS STAMP IS GRADED SUPERB 98 JUMBO BY P.S.E., WHICH IS THE HIGHEST GRADE AWARDED. IT IS THE ONLY EXAMPLE TO ACHIEVE THIS GRADE.
This stamp is especially desirable with the selvage, which confirms the absence of the watermark.
With 2009 P.S.E. certificate (Superb 98 Jumbo; SMQ $9,500.00). This is the highest grade awarded and the only example to achieve it. (Image)
FRESH AND EXTREMELY FINE. A BEAUTIFUL EXAMPLE OF THE RARE 30-CENT PERF 10 FRANKLIN ON UNWATERMARKED PAPER.

EXTREMELY FINE GEM. THIS STUNNING MINT NEVER-HINGED EXAMPLE OF THE 50-CENT PERF 10 UNWATERMARKED FRANKLIN ISSUE IS GRADED SUPERB 98 BY P.S.E. -- THIS IS THE HIGHEST GRADE AWARDED AND ONLY TWO OTHERS SHARE IT.
Ex Merlin. With 2008 P.S.E. certificate (Superb 98; SMQ $17,500.00). This is the highest grade awarded and only two others share it. (Image)
EXTREMELY FINE GEM. A SUPERB EXAMPLE OF THE $1.00 PERF 10 UNWATERMARKED FRANKLIN ISSUE, GRADED XF-SUPERB 95 BY P.S.E. ONLY TWO HAVE GRADED HIGHER.
This issue was in use for less than six months before the Perf 11 stamps were produced. Due to its short production run and it differing from the previous $1.00 issue (Scott 460) only by its lack of a watermark, many collectors and dealers of the day overlooked this issue. It is especially scarce with such perfect centering.
With 2006 P.F. and 2005 P.S.E. certificates (XF-Superb 95; SMQ $5,750.00). Only two have graded higher (both 98) and eleven others share this grade. (Image)
