FINE APPEARANCE. AN EXTREMELY RARE USED EXAMPLE OF THE 60-CENT 1894 UNWATERMARKED BUREAU NEWSPAPER ISSUE. ONLY FOUR ARE KNOWN IN USED CONDITION. A GREAT RARITY.
