1981   Great Britain Comprehensive Collection Balance. To 1996 in three Scott albums and one stockbook, filled with unused and used stamps (some both ways), and nicely augmented with varieties, multiples and covers, starts with some pre-stamp covers, the four Mulready envelopes and letter sheets, Line Engraved includes two Penny Blacks (one unused with certificate, one on cover), two 1840 2p Blue covers (one cover with two examples), six Embossed stamps including 1sh on cover, Perforated Line Engraved includes Specialized 1p Red, Surface Printed issues include used Shilling values and one £5 Orange, starting with the 1887 Jubilee issue there is a lot more unused, with sets, high values and blocks, the QEII portion is quite well filled (no Machin heads), with specialized Wilding issue, including varieties and blocks, Commemoratives include phosphor issues in singles and blocks, as well as numerous gutter pairs and blocks, Back-of-Book includes Postage Dues and Officials, plus Offices Abroad, early issues in typical mixed quality, later issues mostly Fine-Very Fine, with many Mint N.H. singles and blocks, overall a very worthwhile and valuable collection
